We are writing to express our great
appreciation for all your help and
assistance in arranging the funeral and also
in dealing with all the matters that needed
to be dealt with following the sad death of
a very much loved Mother and Grandmother.
In all honesty we could not have asked for a
more professional service where nothing was
too much trouble.
Your ideas and advice were very much
appreciated. The bookmarks were appreciated
by all and prepared very beautifully. We
were very pleased with the presentation of
everything and the flowers were lovely and
the day was very memorable as a celebration
of her life.
You went the extra mile in arranging for a
photo and a lock of hair to be placed in the
locket for her daughter.
Thank you once again for making what was so
very difficult for all of us much easier.

I just wanted to say how terribly impressed
we were by the standard of care Banhams gave
to my late mother and the family as a whole.
You and your colleagues, particularly Brian,
left no stone unturned in your efforts to
make the arrangements for my mother's
funeral go as smoothly as possible.
Everything was arranged with the minimum of
fuss however and quite honestly, couldn't
have been bettered!
At such a distressing time the compassion
and professionalism shown by Banhams was
entirely what the family needed. You showed
courtesy at all times and yet managed to
make the whole experience feel terribly
personal too.
